Questions
Do you help stage or prepare a home for photos?
No. Due to general liability and risk, we do not help stage or prepare a home for photos. Homes must be ready upon arrival of your photographer and the property will be captured as is.
Do you require booking in advance?
No. Although bookings are appreciated, we can accommodate short notice requests.
How should I prepare for a photoshoot?
- Turn all available lighting on
- Open all available blinds & shades
- Lastly, if it is visible, it will be in the photos, so tidy up & put away all personal items (remember, all properties are captured as they are).
What is your service area?
We serve the greater Sioux Falls area. Travel outside the City Limits of Sioux Falls will incur a standard mileage rate and additional travel time charges.
How do I get the photos and do I have rights to the photos and video?
I retain exclusive ownership rights to all original works created. This means that I hold the legal rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from my photographs. Photos and videos are shared exclusively with the client and are not to be used or redistributed without my express consent.

In short, FAA Part-107 established guidelines for commercial operations of “Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems” (drones). Hiring a photographer who utilizes drone photography without a Part 107 License could result in civil penalties up to $10,000 for both the photographer and the client.
