Request terms

Submitting a form requests review; it does not create a confirmed appointment. The studio confirms availability, scope, travel, delivery timing, and any invoice directly. No payment is collected on this website.

Residential estimates are the published $200 price plus any selected add-ons and the configured service-area travel. Commercial photography and commercial aerial drone work are billed at $200 per hour and confirmed in writing. Unknown locations, longer routes, weather-sensitive work, and short-notice requests may require manual approval.

Customers are responsible for accurate property information, lawful permission to photograph the property, safe access, and preparation before arrival. Never place access credentials in a public form. Drone work is conditional on FAA rules, airspace, temporary restrictions, weather, site safety, property conditions, and pilot discretion.

Media license

The company retains ownership of original works. Photos and videos are licensed to the client for the approved listing or marketing use and may not be redistributed without written consent.

The standard license covers the approved property listing and the client's related marketing for that listing. Transfer, resale, stock use, unrelated commercial use, or reuse by another party requires written permission and may require a separate license.

Final licensing terms for commercial, builder, hospitality, multi-location, or third-party publication work are confirmed in writing with the project scope.

Cancellation and weather

Contact the studio as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any fee or credit is reviewed against the confirmed appointment terms; the public request form does not impose an automatic fee.

Weather-sensitive drone, twilight, and exterior services may be held, rescheduled, or converted when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

The website does not collect payment. Any invoice adjustment or refund is handled directly under the written terms confirmed for the project.

Privacy

The request forms collect the contact, property, scheduling, and project information needed to answer an inquiry or evaluate a booking. Resend may process notification emails, and Supabase may store a limited request record when those services are configured. The site does not collect payment-card data.

Do not submit lockbox, door, gate, garage, or alarm codes through a public form. Access credentials are screened from general notes, unrestricted narratives are not retained in the general lead index, and customer confirmations exclude operational notes. Coordinate necessary access details only after the studio accepts the appointment.

First-party analytics, when configured, record only an allowed event name and an exact known public page path. No client properties, cross-page session identifier, contact details, property address, booking notes, or access details are collected by that endpoint.

To ask about a request record or request correction or deletion, contact info@siouxfallsrealestatephotography.com. Retention and deletion remain subject to operational, legal, and provider-backup requirements.

This website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA practices, including semantic structure, visible keyboard focus, labeled forms, reduced-motion support, and responsive controls.
